The following questions are part of the evaluation procedure for the NSF Grant (DUE 0088807) that funded the development and dissemination of the educational material you are going to use. This is the pre-survey. It is meant to establish a baseline, i.e., what do you know about the topic right now – before the educational material is introduced.
