Procedure: Emergency Contact/Standby Arrangements

The Department provides a 24 hour 7 day week Standby Trades service outwith normal hours covering Joiner, Electrician, Plumber and Mechanical Engineers. This service is on a rotational basis from Monday evening - Monday morning (Bank Holidays etc next working day) information gathered by Mrs Evans from the Trades Supervisor/Foreman and collated on the attached sheet. This list is forwarded to Security Control who are the only point of contact for this service.
In addition to the Standby service there is an Emergency Contact list of Staff who make themselves available should a situation require them. (Copy of this is attached).
