Guidelines for Graduate Credit Transcript Services

ACE Transcript

The American Council on Education (ACE) is a nationally recognized major coordinating body for post-secondary education that conducts intensive reviews of non-traditional programs to recommend appropriate college credit equivalency. The ACE is a nonprofit membership organization composed of national and regional education associations and 1,600 institutions of higher education.

NJ-L2L course transcripts for graduate credit recommendations are available through ACE and may be presented to any higher education institution nationwide for acceptance of graduate credit toward degree programs. The higher education institution has the final word on the number of credits it will accept and tuition costs or waivers for accepted credits. ACE transcripts may also be used where district policies/bargaining agreements require graduate credit for tuition reimbursement and/or advancement on the salary guide. Again, school districts have the final word in these areas.

NJ-L2L residents who have successfully completed the courses associated with the attached program modules can request an ACE transcript by accessing the Online Transcript System: https://www.acenet.edu/transcripts/ The first transcript request is free and after that there is a $45.00 fee for each additional transcript. Should you experience difficulty with the online process please call the ACE Call Center. The Call Center is open M-F 8:45 am - 4:45 pm and can be reached at 202-939-9434 or 202-939-9470.
