A celebrated local practice in Hong Kong is currently looking to take on a senior / Director level Architect with a talent for technical design & detailing. Applicants MUST have strong free-hand drawing skills & the ability sketch out complex cladding details / component design at 1:10 – 1:1. Candidates interested in the role will have a solid technical folio from built large-scale International projects & be confident exploring a range of materials, finishes & technologies. The successful candidate will work with senior management staff to ensure that all project teams are pushing design boundaries at technical stages and will be required to split their time between both Hong Kong & Shenzhen offices. Architect required. Deliver the largest luxury retail project in China! (Hong Kong)
An established retail consultancy firm in Central is currently looking to take on a Mandarin speaking Architect to deliver a HK$ 2m luxury retail scheme in Beijing. The initial posting will be in their Hong Kong office and will involve moving out to Beijing on permanent basis for 7 – 8 months to supervise the project in construction stages. Following completion of the project, this person will be able to return to the Hong Kong office. Applicants should be accomplished designers with China project / LDI exposure. An eye for design and attention to detail is also imperative. This is the largest development in China for an internationally recognised brand & a fantastic project to have in your folio. A Stirling Prize winning practice is currently looking to take on an Associate level Architect in their Hong Kong office. Currently established in Central with 8 people, this position will be a second-in-command role to cover design & operations when the Director is out of the office on business.
