Tater Tot Casserole for a Crowd

8 lbs Hamburger, browned and drained

5 lb package Tator Tots (use frozen, don’t thaw or cook.)

2-26 oz cans Cream of Mushroom Soup

1-26 oz can Cream of Chicken Soup

3 cups water

4 cans Green Beans or Corn, drained

2 green pepper chopped (optional)

Salt and pepper

Place cooked hamburger in large aluminum roasting pan-season with salt and pepper. Mix all soups together with 3 cups water. Spread ? of soup mix over hamburger. Layer green beans over soup and season with salt and pepper. Layer tator tots next. Pour remaining soup mixture over the tator tots. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, uncovered. The pan will be very heavy. Please support the bottom of it by using a large cookie sheet or board.
