CURRICULUM
SEGMENT: BASIC INDOCTRINATION
OBJECTIVE: To introduce the new-hire crewmember to the Company and its manner or conducting operations in air transportation, to acquaint the crewmember with the company’s policies, procedures, forms, organizational and administrative practices, and to ensure the crewmember has acquired basic airman knowledge.
