This subject area allows customers reporting on the worker’s eligibility to create/not create the performance document period.
For a specific performance document appraisal period, the measures like the total eligibility count, count of documents created by workers can be reported
The percentage of workers created versus not created related to performance documents can be reported
The actual eligibility criteria that determines the condition for worker eligibility to create/not create performance document which is defined in Fusion HCM is not available for reporting

Allows reporting on development goals of the worker

With this new subject area customers need not employ the Goal Status Overview subject area to report on the development goals.

The workforce succession management has been enhanced with an additional subject area.
Allows reporting on the succession plans based on the worker positions
The incumbents reported in this subject area will be based on plan position name.
The Plan Candidates Real Time subject area can be joined in a cross subject area analysis to report on Position Incumbents, and respective candidates identified for the plans.
With this enhancement the succession management subject areas can report on succession plans based on Job, Incumbent or Positions.

Slide 15 - Payroll – User Defined Tables Real Time

This is a major enhancement in Payroll subject areas for customers that use the UDT’s extensively
Fusion Payroll allows customers to create custom tables to hold data such as wage codes, shift differentials, or the amounts of certain deductions.
Using Oracle FastFormula, customers can write simple formulas for validating entries made in table columns.
With this new subject area user defined rows, columns and the values for the combination of rows and columns can be reported.

Customers can outsource some of the payroll activities to vendors.

Slide 21 - Workforce Management – Historical Reported Time Cards Real Time

This subject area supports reporting on time cards created from all types of time entry like punch, duration and so on for employees and contingent workforce. The time cards associated with the various employee projects are available for reporting along with the status, dates, manager, project name etc. The timecard details like id, start and end dates, number of timecards created within the period, number of hours reported, the status of the time card can be reported. The Time dimension is available to report over a time period. Metrics related to absence information of the worker is also available for reporting.
Allows reporting on the historical time cards created by the workers.
Workers can create time cards, enter data, save, submit the time cards. A snapshot of the time card is taken each time the worker does an activity on the time card i.e. Whenever the user status on the time cards is changed.
This new subject areas allows reporting on the ‘snapshot’ history of the worker time cards.
The history related to worker time cards, projects worked, absence entries, reported hours, statuses, etc can be reported.

This subject area can be used to report on the time cards processed. The time cards reported versus processed can be compared. The time cards processed details like calculated date, time entry status to payroll transfer, processed hours etc are available for reporting. The Time dimension can be leveraged to report on the time cards processing details over a time period.
Allows reporting on historical processed time cards.
The time cards reported by the workers can be based on the snap shots of various user status. These time cards are processed based on the various versions.
Historical Time cards and processed hours associated with projects, payroll and absences of the workers is available for reporting.

The performance document evaluation manager can be different from the line manager for an employee. In some cases, employees can be promoted, or transferred under a new line manager who is different from the manager that performed the document evaluation. In such scenarios it is required to report on the manager that did the performance document evaluation.

Slide 26 - New Dimension - Organization

This dimension is added across all subject area that contains the department dimension.
Organizations in an enterprise can be different types like department, legal entity, business unit etc.
Organization Tree is a new workforce structure that can contain a mix of multiple organizations like departments, business units, legal entities, positions, and geography.
Customers can create organization trees to represent their org hierarchy.
In OTBI the aggregations on the organization works only if the leaf nodes are departments.
The examples in the screenshots illustrate the aggregation capabilities of the organization tree. The first screenshot displays all the organizations up to level 3. As soon the ‘Head Count’ metric is pulled up, the aggregation happens only on those organizations that have the leaf node as departments.

Slide 27 - New Dimension – Collective Agreement

Allows reporting on the agreement negotiated collectively between the management and employee trade unions.
Collective agreement can be country specific.
Some of the important attributes available for reporting include Collective Agreement Code, Name, Description, Bargaining Unit, Employer Organization, Employee Organization, validity dates of the agreement etc

For a specified period between two dates and selected ‘Group Name(s)’ the number of time cards created are rendered.
The number of time cards are grouped by dates and various statuses.
This report can be used to analyze the proportion of actionable time cards to the overall number.
