PURPOSE
Provide regional planners with the ability to analyze national, service, and regional guidance; identify common objectives; and apply SC planning and execution process in order to develop plans that achieve stated U.S. objectives and end states.
SCOPE
The five-day course will provide a functional knowledge of SC policies, procedures, methodologies used in support of security cooperation, legislation and policy, national level and Marine Corps planning documents, engagement planning, funding authorities, foreign disclosure, integrating combatant commanders perspectives, and organization interaction. The course is built around lectures, panel discussions, and a series of practical exercises including management of a country Security Cooperation Engagement Plan (SCEP). Portions of the course are classified Secret.
SECRET CLEARANCE IS MANDATORY!!
PREREQUISITES
Students are required to complete the following on line courses:

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
MCSCG will announce the next SCPC course via AMHS approximately 60 days prior to the start of the course. All students that are admitted into the SCPC course will receive an email that contains a Student LOI that will have course particulars.
