CENTRIA Versapanel® Factory Foamed Metal Roof Panel System

CENTRIA Versapanel Metal Roof Panel System provides an aesthetically pleasing, prefinished steel face, energy efficient, long span, roof panel with double-interlocking side joints, integral vapor seals, snap-on batten cap and concealed structural fastening, is especially well suited for high humidity conditions, design applications for highly insulated structures, and roof structural designs where long spans are required. Versapanel can be attached directly to the roof purlins without the need for a metal deck and provides an attractive exposed roof deck. The factory manufactured double interlocking joint does not require a field applied mechanical seam and can be installed by a single work crew in a single operation accelerating installation. The Versapanel System includes separate options for industrial ventilation (Continuous Clam Shell and Continuous Ridge Ventilators) and rooftop solar-electric collection systems (SolarCrest solar roof panels).

Often recommended for industrial applications, CENTRIA Versapanel Factory Foamed Panel System clearly defined by bold ribs that add an attractive linear definition to large structures is also recommended for low- and mid-rise buildings where style, economy, and good insulation values are important. Shopping centers, schools, and warehouses are common applications for Centria Versapanel roof systems.

The Versapanel Systems are available as an embossed panel with a subtly striated exterior surface. Panels are available in Kynar 500® or Hylar 5000®polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) finishes. Highly UV resistant and durable in the face chemical and air borne pollution, salt spray and wind-driven sand, PVDF coatings are the Gold Standard of the architectural exterior industry. CENTRIA Versapanel systems are available in over 60 standard colors, and wide array of custom colors.
