REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
FROM PREQUALIFIED FIRMS / NGOs FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF COMMUNITY HOME BASED CARE (CHBC) CENTRE UNDER GFATM GRANT FOR CARE & SUPPORT OF PLHIV IN LAHORE, DG KHAN, RAHIM YAR KHAN AND FAISALABAD DISTRICT OF THE PUNJAB
Punjab AIDS Control Program (PACP) in the capacity of “Sub Recipient of the Global Fund Round-9 HIV” aims to end the epidemics of HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (GFATM). PACP for the implementation of the Global Fund Grants intended to procure the services of eligible implementing partners (NGOs and Civil Society Organizations) in four districts of Punjab i.e., Lahore, DG Khan, Rahim Yar Khan and Faisalabad. The eligible implementing partners will act as Sub-Sub-Recipient (SSR).
The implementing partners will provide care and support to Patient Living with HIV (PLHIV) patients in four districts of Punjab in liaison with ART Centers functioning under PACP.
1. Punjab AIDS Control Program (PACP), Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department, Government of the Punjab invites Request for Proposal (RFPs) from prequalified Firms/NGOs for implementation of Community Home Based Care (CHBC) Centre under GFATM Grant for Care & Support of PLHIV in Lahore, DG Khan, Rahim Yar Khan and Faisalabad District of the Punjab for the period of one year (extendable).
2. The Organizations can download the document of Request for proposals (RFPs) including TORs from Primary and Secondary Healthcare Department website (www.pshealth.punjab.gov.pk).
3. The interested Organizations should submit their sealed RFPs documents in the tender box placed at Procurement Cell, Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department, Government of the Punjab, 1-Birdwood Road, Lahore, till 11:00 AM on 20/01/2017. Any RFPs documents received after the prescribed deadline will be rejected and returned un-opened to the bidder. The RFPs documents will be opened publicly on same day at 11:30 AM.
4. The qualified organizations/ firms will be contracted for further process of implement the Service Delivery Project.
5. The process will be governed by PPRA Rules, 2014.
6. In an event where the last date for submission of bids be declared a public holiday the due date for submission and opening of bids shall be the following working day at the same appointed timings and venue.
