AMENDMENTS TO THE BIDDING DOCUMENTS

As discussed during the Pre-Bid Conference held on November 19, 2012, the Bids and Awards Committee hereby issues the following amendments:

1.  Please note the amendments/additions in OMBUDSMAN BID FORM NO. 1 (Technical Proposals) which are underscored and highlighted as follows:

1.a. The technical specification “Scanner Type: Flatbed and ADF” be modified to “Scanner Type: Flatbed and ADF (One Piece Hardware)”.

1.b. The technical specification “Compatible Operating Systems: Microsoft WindowsXPHome, XP Pro, XP x64, Windows 7” be modified to “Compatible Operating Systems: For 32 and 64 bit: Microsoft® Windows ® XP Home, XP Professional, Windows 7, Windows 8”

2. Please note also the amendments/additions in Section III. Bid Data Sheet

as posted in PhilGeps:

“ITB Clause 9.1 The Procuring Entity will hold a pre-bid conference for this Project on November 19, 2012, at 1:30 p.m. at the Ombudsman Hearing Room, Ombudsman Building, Office of the Ombudsman, Agham Road, Quezon City.

ITB Clause 21 The deadline for submission of bids is December 3, 2012 at 1:00 pm. Late Bids shall not be accepted.

“ITB Clause 24.1 The date and time of bid opening is December 3, 2012 at 1:30 pm.”

3.  Bidders who already purchased the bidding documents are reminded to use the attached Amended Ombudsman Bid Form No. 1 (Technical Proposals), in lieu of the bid form previously issued.
