Work Experience : Chris van Wyk completed his B.Comm (Law) and LLB degrees at the University of Stellenbosch in 1999. Hereafter he joined the firm Van der Spuy and Partners where he completed his articles where after he joined the firm on a permanent basis. During his articles he completed his LLM degree in International Trade Law at the University of Stellenbosch. He joined the Exceed Group in 2005 as a business consultant specialising in BEE. He is currently the majority shareholder and CEO of AQRATE. He has also been elected to the Board of ABVA and currently serves as technical director of ABVA tasked with interpretational issues In this capacity he represents the verification industry at the Joint Technical Committee with the Department of Trade and Industry.
