DUTIES
Provide consultative management services to employers in workers'
compensation, human resources and the Americans with Disability Act.
This includes job analysis, job descriptions, return to work of injured
or ill employees, vocational assessment and management intervention,
including review of labor contracts. Perform vocational assessments for
workers' compensation,
personal injury, F.E.L.A. and social security cases for insurance
companies, attorneys, employers
and the federal government. Provide (career) vocational counseling to
all ages of individuals participating in my services and provide
necessary resources to assist them in their goals.
CASE LOAD
Monitor and consult on active Wisconsin Return to Work Center referrals
regarding workers'
compensation, personal injury, long term disability, railroad, Americans
with Disability Act and
social security disability cases. Consult with employers regarding
human resource issues including employment and return to work. Provide
counseling to individuals seeking career or vocational alternatives and
use relevant vocational/career resources.

all aspects of departmental budgets, service development and delivery
of medical and vocational services to employers and insurance

and provided training to employers and insurance companies, and
