Dear Mr. McIntyre:

I am responding to you’re advertisement for a customer service associate at the new spa you are opening at Greenville mall. I am familiar with your Company’s services and have expereince working the fitness industry that would fit well with the qualification’s your requesting.

My last positon was with the health club at the downtown hyatt hotel, were we provided a variety of services to hotel guests, including personnel fitness training and spa treatments. An associate and I was responsible for managing the center. Him and me oversaw operation of the facility for six hours daily. This job helped myself develop outstanding communictions, problem solving, and other customer service skills that was mentioned in your ad.

Details of my background are listed in the attached resume. I would like to request and appointment for a personal interview to discuss how you and me can apply my knowledge of quality spa services to ensure the success of your newest business adventure.
