The question of leadership and people management is relevant for anyone who wants to be an effective manager and manage your own business.

The question of leadership is especially important not only for new managers in a company but also for experienced managers who meet in their work with dilemmas and situations that require extraordinary solutions. People whom they have to manage, so different - they have different characters and values, different levels of professionalism and the desire to grow and develop professionally.

• How to effectively manage people, to lead, to be the leader?
• How to manage people so that others will implemented your thoughts and ideas, enjoy their work and be profitable?
• How to work with everyone and to work with the team - to motivate, to find effective solutions to achieve high results? To be and remain a recognized leader and the leader of his team?

On the one hand, these questions are answered by the theory of management, managers and executives offering certain management techniques.
