Team Representative/Coach must stop at registration table upon arrival and prior to leaving the facility. You must check-in with signed AES roster.
1) all matches are best of 3; games to 25; start at 4-4 (3rd game to 15pts if needed)
2) Warm-ups for the first match of the day shall start at 7:45am sharp;
3) Warm-ups shall be 2-4-4 for the first match of the day;
4) Warm-ups shall be 3-3 for all other matches. No shared hitting.
5) Work Teams MUST provide 1 Score Keeper, 1 Flipper, 1 Libero Tracker/Assistant Score Keeper, 2 Line Judges, and a 2nd Referee.

Facilities:
1) Doors Open at 7:15am.
2) Designated Areas will be made available for team gear, equipment, personal items, etc.
3) Teams will NOT be allowed to loiter or store items outside designated areas.
4) Snackbar is available.
ECV, KRVA, CHS, and FTCC are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.
Playoffs:
1) All teams make playoffs based pool finish on winning percentage.
2) Ties will be resolved based on head/head, then head/head pts, then overall pts %
3) All playoff games are best of 3 games (25,25,15; start at 4-4
“working” is not optional, however, voluntarily working for another team is considered neighborly, and is always welcome.
We will be selling tournament shirts and volleyball wear on site!
