SUTQ Criteria· Has an overview of the entire field of studies and its new developments, as well as specialised knowledge on a part of the field;
· Is able to translate their knowledge and overview into the bigger picture of the curriculum.
Teaching
SUTQ Criteria· Is an inspiring and enthusiastic teacher for students;
· Teaches in both the BA and MA phase; is able to differentiate in guidance level and styles which promote students to study;
· Is an inspiration to fellow teachers.
Developing educational materials
SUTQ Criteria
· Develops innovative lectures/courses and takes care of embedding the courses into the overall programme; sees to a connection with recent research;· Contributes to a content and didactic driven profiling of the programme;
· Stimulates the development of a vision on education for the programme.
Organisation of your education
SUTQ Criteria
· Takes care to evaluate bigger components of the curriculum (minors, learning paths, internships) and implements improvements which are aimed at the coherence in the programme;· Guards the quality of testing and assessment;
· Coordinates larger components (minors, curriculum/learning paths);
· Has a leading role in committees and boards.
Development as a university teacher
SUTQ Criteria· Creates conditions onder which fellow teachers can work towards goals;
· Contributes to the professional development of colleagues through, for example, coaching.
