POLAR KINGS CONDITIONING CAMP 2017

Dear Player,

The Polar Kings Athletic Club would like to invite you to their annual Conditioning Camps that will take place in Wainwright at the Peace Memorial Multiplex Arena.

To register and to ensure a spot, complete the included registration form and mail along with the fee of $100.00 dollars to the Polar Kings Athletic Club Box 3002, Wainwright, AB. T9W 1S9. If payment is not received you are not considered registered. First come, first serve. Only the first paid 30 skaters/6 goalies per group accepted.

If you are not associated with the Wainwright Minor Hockey Association you are required to complete a Hockey Alberta Conditioning Camp Permission form signed by your Minor Hockey President and mail along with your registration. Permission forms can be acquired at www.polarkings.com. Players will NOT BE ALLOWED TO SKATE if permission forms are not completed, there will be no exceptions.

Players are required to provide their own jersey and must be in full equipment. Skate sharpening at the arena may not be available during camps so please come prepared.
