Thank you for your quick response to my emails. I will be out of Beijing until Wednesday night, but will give you a final bus count on Thursday morning.
Currently, I have ordered 3 buses, but I would like to add 1 additional bus. That makes a total of 4 buses. I understand that the buses hold 49 passengers and cost 1,600 RMB per bus. That makes a total of:
4 buses 196 possible passengers RMB 6,400.
I will verify those numbers with our scout committee on Thursday morning and finalize the bus rental with you on Thursday. We will need the buses at the ISB parking lot at 7:45 am on Saturday, September 15th. Can the buses be parked near the High School entrance? We plan on returning to ISB by 4:00 pm on Saturday, September 15th. I will also need the names of the four drivers and their mobile phone numbers. We will pay your drivers the bus rental money at the end of the trip.
I have cc’d this email to our den leaders and scout committee to keep them informed of our progress and to emphasize that we need final numbers by Wednesday.

My name is Randy Williams. I work at ISB and I’m representing the Cub Scouts, Pack 3944. We need three (3) large buses for Saturday, September 15th. We are taking approximately 100 scouts and their families to the back side of the Great Wall at Mutianyu. (I have attached a map). We plan to leave the ISB parking lot at 8:00 am, so we will need the buses in the parking lot by 7:30 am. We will return to ISB at approximately 4:00 pm.
