STATEMENT OF TEMPORARY APPOINTMENT

I accept the position of with the full understanding that this is only a temporary appointment not to exceed (NTE) .

Management reserves the right to terminate this appointment on short notice prior to the NTE date if/when your services are no longer required or funding is no longer available to support your employment.

I understand that I will not acquire permanent status in either the competitive or

excepted service program under this appointment.
