Dear Schuster Garage permit holder,

It’s time to renew your Schuster Parking Garage parking permit for 2014-2015. To ensure that you continue to receive the benefits provided by your parking garage permit, please fill out and return the Permit Renewal form today. It’s quick, easy to fill out, and will save you time.

How To Renew Your Schuster Garage Parking Permit:

Please use this form to renew your parking permit. Please type or print legibly and complete all items on this form.

Please do not throwaway your current tag. You can avoid paying costly deposit fees for your new tag by recycling and reusing your current tag. Please hang on to and you’ll be issued a renewal sticker to replace the current sticker on your hangtag.

Your new renewal sticker will be mailed to your home address (U.S. addresses only). Incomplete forms will delay processing and may delay the timely shipping of your parking permit.

The completed form must be returned to the Parking and Transportation Services department:
