Worked closely with businesses in the community to obtain job opportunities and obtain contract work to be performed in our facility as a training activity for handicapped clients.

Insured that counselors met both quality and quantity standards and followed both federal and state guidelines, provided training to staff, evaluated performance and provided remediation when needed.
