The Secretariat of the Permanent Council presents its compliments to the Permanent Missions and, on instructions from the Chair of the Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Affairs, hereby wishes to inform that the meeting scheduled for Monday, October 21, 2002, at 2:30 p.m., in the Simon Bolivar Room, will be an informal meeting to discuss the following issues:
