Kindly reference my previous letter to you dated 28 May 2005 in which we advised you of the date and venue for the 4th NARAST Meeting.
On the 31st August 2005 a joint Regional Aviation Safety Team (RAST) meeting will be held which will include participants from both NARAST and the Southeast Asia Regional Aviation Safety Team (SEARAST). The joint day is a cost effective means to provide safety presentations of interest to both RASTs and to promote best practices exchange in a broader context. Attendance by NARAST Members on 31st August is important, as the presentations will provide vital information to participants that will guide the discussions during the subsequent NARAST Meeting of 1st, 2nd September 2005.
Attached for your review is the Agenda for the subject meeting and some draft papers which will be discussed at the meeting.
