NOTICE TO REGISTERED VOTERS

IN ELKO COUNTY

I, CAROL FOSMO, County Clerk and Ex-Officio Registrar of Voters for the County of Elko, State of Nevada, pursuant to NRS 293.557(1)(b) notify all persons that an alphabetical listing of the names of all registered voters in the entire county and the precinct of each voter is available in the Office of the Elko County Clerk free of charge to any person upon request.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that it is the responsibility of the registered voter to notify the Elko County Clerk’s Office of a change of address. Voters who have moved and have not notified the Clerk’s Office are encouraged to do so by calling 775-753-4600. IF YOU ARE NOT SURE YOU ARE A REGISTERED VOTER, PLEASE CONTACT THE CLERK’S OFFICE PRIOR TO MAY 24, 2016, TO ENSURE YOUR ABILITY TO VOTE IN THE 2016 PRIMARY ELECTION TO BE HELD ON JUNE 14, 2016.
