10 Point Guideline
Information and Recommended Guidelines on NCCC Insurance for Nashville Corvette Club.
· NCCC Insurance Coverage is provided by Legacy Insurance Network with a policy effective date of 1/1/16 thru 12/31/16.
· Go to NCCC website, www.corvettesnccc.org under the Insurance Section. Print and read thoroughly all information including:
o FAQ’s,
o Business Manager Insurance Message
o NCCC Notice of Claim Form

· NCCC Insurance thru Legacy is Liability Coverage only. Your individual policy is primary and NCCC Coverage is secondary.
· It is absolutely imperative you sign the waiver and release form at the beginning of each NCCC event when asked. This is the single MOST important form you have to protect yourself if you get involved with an incident lawsuit. All participants, workers and spectators must sign the form.
· NCCC Insurance does not cover driving to and from NCCC meetings. This event is the responsibility of the car owner’s policy.
· If an accident occurs – call Legacy Insurance at 719-593-5814 and Jack Wilson (NCCC Business Manager) at 815-885-2700. Also, call Martin Workman (NCCC Governor) at 615-477-7705 within 24 hours of the accident.
· Immediately document the incident – including date, time, location, witnesses and include as many pictures as possible of the damages. Document everything on your printed insurance claim form and plain paper addendum, if necessary. Also, include the police report and all other pertinent information.
· Within 72 hours, send the Incident Report Form, signed copy of claimant and witnesses information along with the signed Waiver Form and pictures of damages to Legacy Insurance Network (see claim form for address) and Jack Wilson (), NCCC Business Manager.
· When Corvette Owners become members of NCCC, they are provided with various types of insurance coverage for Club sponsored events. Please refer to the NCCC FAQs Sheet for more detailed coverage.
