Mon Album de Famille
Chapitre 3 Project
Directions: Students will make a family photo album including descriptions in French of each family member. If students wish, they may make a photo album of a cartoon, television or famous family instead of their own.
Album Requirements:
1. Photo albums must be in color.
2. Photo albums must include pictures (can be drawn or printed).
3. Students must include at least 8 pictures.
4. Album must have appropriate cover.
5. Albums must be neat and organized.
Writing Requirements:
6. Students must write their descriptions in full sentences in French (typed)
7. Students must write at least 16 descriptions total (two for each picture)
8. Students must include the verb être and avoir in their writing (Avoir-P26 and Etre-P 82)
9. Students must use correct adjective agreement (P84)
10. Students must include possessive adjectives i.e. my mother or our dog (P94)
11. Students must include family member vocabulary (P90)
Grading:
Students will be graded by a written rubric (on the back of this sheet)
The rubric is based on the following categories:
Content (Possible 16 Points)
Organization (Possible 16 Points)
Comprehensibility (Possible 16 Points)
Accuracy (Possible 16 Points)
Effort (Possible 16 Points)
Projects will be nearly equivalent to a test grade of 80 points total
