Can this be set up as a form similar to the Comm Studies form?
Their form asks for snail mail docs, but I’d like it set up so that docs can be attached and sent that way. Is that possible? I have set up the material below assuming we can do it that way. If not, we can revert to having material mailed.

These items should be uploaded as part of the form submission below. An additional writing exam will be administered to some graduate instructional assistant candidates.
