MEMORANDUM FOR SEE DISTRIBUTION
SUBJECT: Delegation of Position Classification Authority
This memorandum transmits the new Army policy for delegating civilian position classification authority to managers and supervisors Armywide. The new policy on delegation of position classification authority is enclosed for immediate application.
The Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA), DAPE-CPM, memorandum, October 15, 1990, subject: Revised Instructions for Armywide Implementation of Managing Civilians to Budget (MCB) , is rescinded. The enclosure to that memorandum and all HQDA supplements to the MCB document are also rescinded.
