· Chick Fil A will be at Meet The Panther and bringing sandwiches to us on homecoming and first Friday game (Aug 18, 2017)

· Total to date for all sponsorships = $13400, currently $4164; Have until September 1 to pay; first home football game to have them up

o Need a system for keeping up with hours for community service
o Waiting for Mrs.Chadwick to respond to email regarding what needs to be on form for sign off log
o Will vote NEXT meeting
· Cari Bowling will be making pamphlets for home games
· T-Shirts will be available for first home games
o Susan Hill will provide
o Will re-distribute t-shirts for senior night (had to be remade) and will have picture after Meet the Panther
· Footballs have been donated by Cowboy Bank and
· 100 mini volleyballs ordered, need 150 more volleyballs
· FBC, church of Christ and Lion’s Club will work concession stand
· Concession stand duties to Tal Sanders and Jim Wood – Sarah Austin
