WHEREAS: This City Council was deeply saddened at learning of the death of Mae A. (Titus) Brooks on May 14, 2001; and

WHEREAS: Mae was the beloved wife of the late John Barry and George Brooks; and

WHEREAS: Mae’s passing will leave a void in the lives of all her surviving family, her children Joanne Trainor and her husband John and Patricia Whelan and her husband Paul; her grandchildren John Trainor and his wife Cheryl, Michael and Kelly Trainor; John Farago and his wife Carol and Andrew Farago and his wife Laura; her great grandchildren John Trainor III, Nicole Trainor and Nicholas Farago; and her step children Billy and George Brooks; and

WHEREAS: Mae will be sorely missed by all she touched and loved; now therefore be it

RESOLVED: That this City Council go on record extending its deepest sympathy to the family of Mae A. Brooks at this time of such personal loss; and be it further

RESOLVED: That the City Clerk be and hereby is requested to forward a suitably engrossed copy of this resolution to the Brooks family on behalf of the entire City Council.

WHEREAS: James’s passing will leave a void in the lives of all his surviving family, his wife Sophie (Langer) Reagan; his children Barbara A. Neenan and her husband John Q. and Eileen F. Nolan and her husband Jack; his grandchildren Carolyn C. Quill and John E. and James R. Carnell; his three great grandsons; and his siblings Daniel Reagan, Retired Cambridge Fire Chief and Mary Lee; and
