MAPAC (key) / VARCHAR(6) / Military Assistance Program Address Code – A distinctive six-position alpha-numeric identifier assigned to specific units, activities, used to identify "ship to" and "mark for" addresses for FMS and Grant Aid shipments and documentation.
TAC Type (key) / CHAR(1) / One position alpha/numeric code which designates the use of the address
TAC Sequence (key) / CHAR(1) / Sequence number used to track multiple occurrences of a given MAPAC/Type combination.
FFL / CHAR(1) / Freight Forwarder Location Code - multiple locations East (1), West (2), Gulf (3), or Single (0).
Address Line 1 / VARCHAR(35) / The first line (normally name) of the mailing address of the unit, activity, or organization that is authorized to order/requisition material from the DOD Logistics System
Address Line 2 / VARCHAR(35) / The second line (normally the street address) of the mailing address of the unit, activity, or organization that is authorized to order/requisition material from the DOD Logistics System
Address Line 3 / VARCHAR(35) / The third line of the mailing address of the unit, activity, or organization that is authorized to order/requisition material from the DOD Logistics System
Address Line 4 / VARCHAR(35) / Optional
Address Line 5 / VARCHAR(35) / Optional
Effective Date / DATE / Effective date upon which the address became effective
Delete Date / DATE / Delete date is used only to trigger the nightly delete routine. When the delete data is entered, the record will be physically delete during the next cleanup cycle.
AFI / CHAR(1) / Address File Identifier. F (FMS) or G (Grant Aid). Also used to identify the text file for special instructions by country (e.g., FB5.TXT, GAC.TXT).
SII / CHAR(1) / Special Instructions Indicator. Codes A-Z. Currently have A,D,S codes on file.
APOD / VARCHAR(3) / APOD
WPOD / VARCHAR(3) / WPOD
City / VARCHAR(21) / City (of mailing address)
State_A / VARCHAR(2) / Two position alpha code of the state in the mailing address. If address is outside the United States it will be null.
State_N / VARCHAR(2) / Two position numeric code of the state in the mailing address.
CNTRY_2 / VARCHAR(2) / This is a two Geopolitical Entities, Names, and Codes (GENC) country code. The code is assigned by Country Code Working Group (CCWG).

CNTRY_FMS / VARCHAR(2) / No longer supported after April 1, 2014 with the adoption of GENC.

REPLACEMENT_MAPAC / VARCHAR(6) / Cross reference to changed MAPAC (input on TAC 9)
FREEFORM / CHAR(1) / Freeform flag – no edits on address format
FMD_CREATE / VARCHAR(12) / Created by ID
