Learning event overview:
Through practical activities and current research, participants will further their understanding of effective classroom management strategies to create positive learning environments. Participants will be provided with a framework to engage students in their learning, establish high expectations and manage behaviour.

Completing the Classroom management course will contribute to 1 ½ hours of Teacher Identified professional learning and will address standard descriptors 4.2.2 and 4.3.2 from the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers
Participants will:
·  Engage with a framework to manage behaviour in the classroom
·  Gain an understanding of effective strategies to develop and maintain a positive classroom environment
