Meeting Summary:
· Introductions
· Rachel Johnson displayed the three concepts presented at the December 2011 charrette and described the input provided by participants at the event (see attached documents: Final Boards, Themes from Charrette, and Concepts Overview).
· The various themes were discussed and Rachel displayed a concept which incorporated much of the input from the December charrette (see attached: Final Lakeshore Park proposed site program elements).
· Using ideas discussed at this meeting, Rachel will put together a final plan.
· Once the plan is finalized, cost estimates will be made and the plan will be presented to the Mayor and City Council for their approval.
