A Regular Meeting of the Governing Board

Time: 11:00 – 2:30 W/ Lunch included.

Attendees: Debbie Grant, Annette O’Connor, Gina Humlicek, Lori Hancock, Karen McFarland, Tami Sutterer, Kathleen Beezley-Tite
Governing Board Action
I. Meeting called to order
II. Agenda approved
III. Meeting Minutes from previous meeting adjusted to add - Governing board approved transfer of
1 day stay at MAR meetings from Patti Martin’s travel account to Annette Fox’s travel account.
IV. Financial Report reviewed and audit is approved. 2015 Balance as of December 31, is 9,543.85 and the net income for 2015 is $ 2,054.28
V. Reports of officers and standing committees:
A. 2015 Membership; handed over to Karen McFarland
· 24 Realtor Members
· 10 Affiliates; 4 are corporate memberships and 4 are national members
· Governing board voted and approved an increase to the corporate membership from $100.00 to $120.00 for 3 person corporations.
o President Elect to update local bylaws.
B. 2016 Programs; handed over to Lynn Farrell, outline reviewed and approved.
· Governing Board voted and approved meeting meals for Governing Board members shall meetings shall be at ½ price.
i. President Elect to update local bylaws.
C. Ways and Means handed over to Kathy Beezley-Tite
· Considering bowling fun night in June and costume ball in mid to later October
D. All New Officers sign off – need two signatures to be completed
VI. 2015 Budget reviewed and audited is approved. Total profit is within 90.18% of what was planned. Planned for $2,394.50 and actual profit was $2,159.30.
VII. 2016 Budget Planning drafted
