District deputy – bumped up – sorry not here for past couple months – will start making more meetings – congrats on new members – we’re building the brotherhood, you’re gonna like it. More information coming around July. International convention around end of July and Aug, if we want to attend we need to register for it. (He will not be there) , great experience, try to go.
Next month is the installation – Victor has dates for degree – Oct. 4th for us (should be meeting night) Vic needed to put these on the website.

Thanks for last month – first degree brought in three members . Thank the degree team for their work. You’ll always learn something, try to attend if when you can. Worthwhile. More coming up for next year
Thank you to honor guard for 8th grade graduation – presented plaques, service award to paul borago, essay winner mary kate burcham.
Canceled fish fry, due to weather. Had to make decision, rescheduling coming up.
Couple things this month. Corpus Christi procession. Next week. Fr. Abe & Deacon Mark.. Mark is MC – held a meeting to discuss… need from us – 4th degree tux, 4th degree honor guard – Father’s day. Need them to be ready to go by 11:30am about ½ hour total time. would like good participation. By 11am do not have to attend the 1030 mass – need 5 members for honor guard. Need 6 Knights to carry the Canopy – 4 to carry canopy and two for crowd control and unexpected needs. Would like to see more Knights. We have wheelchairs would like people to help push through the procession. Wear a tux with no sash etc..
Wednesday at 6pm – rehearsal at lober building. Big deal, we should all be there..

Fr. Rickey not here for report – Fr Abe.
Previous weeks, Fr. Ricky is sick, not feeling that well, standing about an hour is requirement for the mass. With Doctors, cannot reveal what it is now. Fr. Rickey will give more information on Sunday in the bulletin. All of us are one, as a parish, in praying for Fr. Rickey. For the glory of god, the good of the church. This is the time to express our love and gratitude for additional time with him. From his hand we have received the blessing, from his mouth we have received the word of God, he is our rallying point, our spiritual father in this family. Let us join together in prayer for him in the grace of the lord that he will rejoin us soon. he is very proud of the knights and to be the Chaplin. Thanks be to God for Fr. Rickey, very proud to represent him at this council in his chair that is reserved for him, be strong and to express our support for Fr. Rickey and for one another, we will have to step up and do more for the parish as our leader is trying to find ways to restore to good health, thanks for your

New Business
Ed Brown – refurbish the 14 stations of the cross on the farm. 14 years ago a boy scout gave him as a gift. Ed and his son have gotten all 14 refurbished, are we willing to pay in to cover the cost.. about $300 Ed has been funding this on his own. Wants to pull them out from the woods etc.
John Jones – motion, to pay the cost of the final bill, second by James Cissell ($400) carried by vote
School request from Shirley Bieser – need a few more items (breakfast funds) $762 worth. 11 desks for second grade, 5th grade new flat screen - motion by Mike kelso, John P second, vote to carry
4th degree
Last night meeting with the state officers at bonne terre john applebaum, Charlie and vic, Cardinal Glennon has split into two (St. Alphonsus Ligouri) Splitting up the money between the two. $550 for new jewels, $360 in dues. Supreme will bill for this later. $1k going to the chalice fund.
Fund has changed, puzzle pieces will be put on at Cardinal Glennon – request for two this way. Will be giving out the first one on the 19th at the meeting in BT, certificate that is framed, information about the fallen brother, more interest in doping this than in the chalice. Too many out there already, name, date of birth, other information and the degree date of death – these will be given to.. the cost of the piece will be mounted on he board. 24 on the board all fit together. Whole idea behind it is to when the chalice is used there is a prayer said for the person. With the puzzle piece there will be prayers all the time, so more people have opted for that position. Election the new officers for next year, John, John, Mike, Tony – will be the new color guard director
Bonne terre, Desoto, Farmington old mines park hills potosi all inside the group/council
Hosting council will supply a meat dish for each meeting. Wives will be responsible for providing the extras.
Field agent report
Domestic church focus in Columbia magazine – into the breach – program for appostalic mens group – has the book that can be ordered through website. Can be done individually or through a group. How to teach men to step up to the plate. We are under attack, who is going to stand in the breach how do we do this actively. Strongly recommend purchasing this and going forward.
