JUDY NIEMEYER FALL 2013 RETREAT CANCELLATION POLICY

Before booking, please read the cancellation policy carefully!

All deposits are due at sign-up and are non-refundable.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the second payment installation is submitted by the payment deadline. If we do not receive your second payment by the due date, or if you have not contacted the Retreat Lead to arrange for payment, you will forfeit your deposit and your spot in the retreat will be opened to the public. (This will only happen after we have made repeated attempts to contact you for payment; by email first and followed by phone.)

Any cancellations will forfeit all of the paid fees, unless other arrangements are personally made with the Retreat Lead.

It is understood that sometimes death and tragedy occur last minute and may make it impossible for you to attend the retreat. It is understood that there are circumstances beyond your control, but it also leaves the Retreat Lead with a spot that is often unable to be filled. Under these circumstances, the Retreat Lead will consider whether it is possible to fill your spot with a substitute, and if possible, consideration will be made for fees paid.
