Objective

I have had the experience of working at a four-diamond resort and spa, holding managerial positions, educating for large companies, subbing at various districts, acting as an independent contractor and having two small businesses. I feel that my well-rounded education/experience would be beneficial and offer ultramodern education to future professionals in their careers. I am eager to share my knowledge with the students and watch them grow in this field.

Most of the jobs I have held required program/workshop training, and I am very adaptable to these requirements. I am always open to new ideas and suggestions to help me move forward in my chosen field. I am a friendly person and strive to do my best with each assignment. I continuously take advance training/certification classes to stay current in the cosmetology field always making sure that I can offer students full knowledge in this industry. I will be receiving my lash enhancement certification from extreme lashes and look forward to becoming a master colorist from L’Oreal and taking advance classes at Vidal Sassoon in cutting, coloring, and educating in New York, New York, (year2016-2017).

Summary

I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration as of April 2016.

I graduate from Westmoreland Community College in the spring of 2010, completing an associate’s degree in business.

I received my diploma from Connellsville Area High School in 2004. While in high school, I attended the Vocational-Technical School, where I completed the cosmetology program. I was very involved in the Skills USA AKA VICA (Vocational Industrial Clubs of America) competitions, placing first in the regional and in the state competitions, and in the top 10% of the national competition. The Competition opened many doors for me in education and careers, I got to speak with Robert Cromeans platform artist for Paul Mitchell, at a hair show where he recommended me to the company.

While in the High School, I was placed on the Directors’ List and was given the Most-Improved Student Award. Following high school, I attended the Douglas Education Center to further my abilities in the cosmetology field. I completed my degree in field of cosmetology and then successfully passed the state teachers test, receiving my license to teach in the cosmetology field.
