IPSALU TANTRA - A TASTE OF BLISS
Bliss of Breath
Accessing Higher Consciousness, Well-Being, and Orgasmic Expansion through the Breath

Purpose

Participants learn to deeply observe and feel the unique power of Breath including its value and specific ways to experience it. Breath is realized to have direct correlation with spirit, life force energy, and consciousness. Students learn to achieve altered states of consciousness with the breath, including bliss. They can articulate the everyday benefits of breath awareness. Pranayama is recognized as one of the chief means of rejuvenating and stimulating the body to divine experience or union. Cobra Breath is introduced with encouragement to learn the breath in the Level 1 course or through the Practicum.

Benefits

Expansion of the breath brings higher consciousness, greater psychic sensitivity, better health – physically and mentally, full body orgasm. Primary way to still the mind.

Elements for Discussion

Permission (is it ok) to access and feel Bliss, effects of breath on consciousness, interactions of sex and breath, power and purpose of transmuting sexual energy (Kundalini shakti), variety of ways to experiment with the breath, importance of grounding as concluding part of breath/bliss experimentation.
