Paraphrase

1. According to Discovery, Everett, Reid and Fara indicate that even though women have been participated the improvement of science in the history, their accomplishment has seldom been recognized. Due to several of reasons, their performance and names are usually neglected or forgotten.

2. According to Personality, Burger once said that looking carefully on the reaction of the listeners when a fine storyteller tells a bawdy joke. An excellent storyteller arranges details carefully. They gradually set up the tension so as to hit the punch line. When the joke keeps going, listener will smile or flush. Freud claimed that, the longer the arrangement of the story the bigger tension it generate and thus a louder laughter when the tension is eventually released by the punch line.

3. According to Personality, Burger states, a research for thirty years showed that people who imitate aggressive action sometimes are resulted in exposition to aggressive examples. This finding is both useful for children and adults. However, a clean and easy exposure to an aggressive action is not strong enough to change us into fierce people. We do not become a violent people whenever we watch TV or see movies with murders, hitting and killing.

Summary

1. In accordance with Living with Art, Rita Gilbert states that music video is quite new introduction to the world. Music video is hard to categorize not only because it has many different types but also it is a combination of music and visual image. Therefore, it is not easy to define music video.

2. According to Discovery, Everett, Reid and Fara indicate that on 1831 Charles Darwin had an expedition. He was very amazed by the special animals and plants that are found nowhere else on earth. Consequently, if it were not for the expedition, Darwin’s theories will not be certified.

3. According to Postlethwait, Hopson, and veres in their book Biology, agriculture began with the purpose of planting the seeds of people’s food. This practice leads humans to a settle live which allows them to develop more skills and new crafts, eventually into towns and cities. Hence, agriculture is extremely important in human’s history.
