· I understand that the definition of one-week is to begin on Monday and end on Friday.
· I have been informed, and understand, that all tuition payments are due the Friday before, or first day of attendance each week.
· I have been informed, and understand, that my child may be denied admittance to MCFK, if tuition is even two weeks in arrears.
· I agree to give two weeks written notice prior to terminating my child’s daycare agreement with Mercy Cares For Kids. I understand that I will forfeit my security deposit should I fail to give required notice. I also agree to, and understand that I will be responsible for any outstanding charges due on my child’s account. I agree to pay the balance due, in full, before my child’s last day of attendance.
· I fully understand, and agree to comply with, the financial agreements as outlined on the back of this agreement.

MCFK FINANCIAL POLICIES
Please read and initial all statements below:
· Tuition payments may be made in the form of a credit card, personal check, a postal money order, or a bank money order. A $15.00 fee will be charged for each item returned by your bank for insufficient funds. When two checks have been returned to us by your bank, you will be required to make tuition payments each week, in the form of a cashier’s check, a postal money order, or a bank money order only.
· Mercy Cares For Kids is a self supporting organization and, as such, is not able to allow tuition credit for absences, or any days that the center is closed, included but not limited to inclement weather days and/or emergency closings. Tuition is due in full the Friday before or first day of attendance each week. Please note: Your account needs to be kept up to date – Payments not received on your child’s account by the first day of attendance each week will receive a $10.00 charge for each occurrence. Failure to regularly keep your account up to date will result in termination of your child’s daycare arrangements with MCFK.
· PART-TIME ENROLLMENT POLICY: We will not allow “switching of days” to make up for absences that occur on days that the center is closed, or your child is out ill. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
· Mercy Cares For Kids closes at 5:30pm daily. A “late pick up fee” of $10.00 will be charged for every ten minutes, or part thereof, per child, that you are late picking up your child(ren), or that you remain in the building past 5:30pm.
· The Department of Social Services Regulation, and MCFK policy, states that your child may attend daycare for a maximum of ten hours per day of scheduled care. An “excessive usage fee” of $10.00 will be charged for every ten minutes, or part thereof, that your child remains in daycare over the ten hour limit.
· A TWO-WEEK security deposit is required from all families prior to starting care at MCFK. The security deposit will be refunded to you after all outstanding charges, fees, door cards have been satisfied. A written notice of termination has to be submitted at least who weeks in advance prior to the last day of care. (One week is considered as the first day being a Monday and the last day being a Friday.)
