With the IHFA Fall Convention and Tradeshow just one week away, we wanted to share some important information with you to ensure you are fully prepared for your trip.

Helpful Information

· The IHFA registration desk will be open starting at 7:00 a.m. on Monday, October 20. It will be located outside of the Vinoy Grand Ballroom on the Lobby Level.

· An ATM is located in the hotel lobby.

Weather

Transportation

The Renaissance Vinoy Resort is approximately 20 miles from Tampa International Airport (TPA).

· Taxis are available outside of baggage claim and the average fare to the Hotel is $60.

· Super Shuttle: IHFA has secured a discount agreement with Super Shuttle at the Tampa International Airport (TPA) valid October 19-23, 2014. Discounted group rates are $39 Round Trip and $23.00 one-way. Book your shuttle transportation here.

Directions to the Hotel from Airport

· Take I-275 South to St Petersburg, take exit 23A (I-375), stay left, follow 4th Ave North to Beach Dr, turn left, resort is one block on right..

Parking at Hotel

· Self-parking is $6 per hour or $15 per day.

· Valet parking is $21 per day.

Check-In/Check Out Times

· Check-in time is 4:00 pm. While every effort is made to accommodate guests arriving before the check-in time, rooms may not be immediately available. The hotel will be happy to store luggage with the Concierge.

· Check-out time is 11:00 am. Late check-out is subject to availability. The Hotel cannot offer this service if the Hotel is sold out.

Business Center Services

The Business Center location is on the Lower Level in the Main Building of the hotel and is open 24 hours.

Hours of Operation for Restaurants

Marchand’s Bar & Grill: Open 6:30 am – 2:30pm and 5:00pm – 12:00 am.

The Veranda Café: Open 6:00 am – 9:00 pm.

Lobby Bar & Veranda Patio: Open at 2:00 pm.

Alfresco’s: Open 11:00 am-9:00 pm.

Fred’s Steakhouse: Open Friday & Saturday Only from 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm.

Room Service

Room service is available 6:00am – 12:00am daily.

Golf

If bringing your own clubs, you may leave clubs with the bellman upon arrival to the hotel. Bellman will deliver clubs to the golf course so that all clubs are pre-set on the golf carts. If you wish to bring clubs into your room, be sure to deliver your clubs to the bellman by 10:00 a.m. on golf day.
