How to Book the HVFD Hall

1.  Go to the Hall Availability calendar to check if the Hall is available when you want it.

2.  If the Hall is available, call 301.373.3910 and leave a message that you will be booking the Hall or email your info to . Your message needs to include:

  1. name;
  2. phone numbers (home, work, cell);
  3. room name you will be booking;
  4. date of your event; and
  5. an acknowledgement that you printed the Hall Rental Agreement from the Hall Rental web page and will mail it with the required deposit (rental prices and required deposits are listed on the Hall Rental web page).

3.  Someone will return your call to confirm that your requested date is available. Once your signed Hall Rental Agreement is received with the required deposit, the fully executed contract will be returned to you with a receipt for your deposit.
