HOMEOWNER RELEASE FORM

desires to enter or has entered the home identified below in the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association/Sales and Marketing Council OBIE Awards Competition (OBIE’s).

In consideration of the home being entered in the OBIEs and in consideration of the benefits that may accrue to the Homeowner there from, Homeowner acknowledges and consents to representatives of the OBIEs visiting and entering the Home on August 6th, 7th or 8th for the purposes of judging. Homeowner thereby consents to such visitation and agrees to cooperate with the Builder in allowing access to the Home.

Homeowner further agrees that photographs and film of the Home may be taken and used by the Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association in connection with the OBIEs. In addition, Homeowner agrees that the Builder may use the photographs and/or film for other purposes including, but not limited to, advertising and other promotions by the Builder. Homeowner agrees that the use of these photographs and/or film does not entitle Homeowner to any compensation from Builder, OBIEs or any other Party.
