SUMMARY: The Recertification Administrator is responsible for reviewing and evaluating recertification applications to ensure activities submitted for recertification credit align with pre-determined criteria and standards set by the HR Certification Institute (the “Institute”). This position provides exceptional customer service with regards to the recertification process, the online tool, and criteria and standards for recertification activities. This position works collaboratively with members of the Institute to ensure consistent, timely, and best-in-class client relations.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Review and evaluate recertification applications submitted by certificants (PHR, SPHR and GPHR) to ensure activities submitted for recertification credit align with pre-determined recertification criteria and standards including completion of strategic management, global and state specific activities, as applicable.

o Track applicable metrics to assist with recertification evaluation and benchmarking

o Review incomplete recertification applications and provide assistance via phone and email to certificants, as necessary, to clarify requirements and finalize all applications.

· Participate in recertification focused virtual forums to assist with questions related to the recertification process, the online tool, and activity criteria and standards.

· Conduct audits bi-annually to ensure certificants are providing accurate information on recertification applications and recertification criteria and standards are being upheld.

· Engage in collaborative projects across departments and assist Client Relations team with questions specific to recertification.

o Provide back-up phone support during critical eligibility cycles.

· Evaluate recertification processes and tools to continuously engage in process improvements efforts to enhance Client Relations and the Institute

· Assist with other duties as assigned

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

· High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor degree preferred

· 2+ years of related experience (i.e. Human Resources, Client Relations), required
