The Greensboro (NC) Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity is thrilled to host the 74th Middle Eastern Province Council Meeting at the Greensboro-High Point Marriott Airport in Greensboro, NC, during the weekend of March 19th – March 22nd, 2015. As you may know, the greater Greensboro area is home to three (3) undergraduate chapters: the Alpha Nu (N.C. A&T St. University), the Mu Iota (UNC- Greensboro), the Pi Theta (High Point University. With that in mind, we fully expect this to be both an enriching and exciting time.
Our theme for the 74th Middle Eastern Province meeting is, – Embracing the Future”. We look forward to your participation during this weekend, which will be filled with inspiring events that will continue to train for leadership. Additionally, we will have dynamic guest speakers and extraordinary entertainment. To make this province meeting an even bigger success, we are asking for your support by purchasing an ad in the official 74th Middle Eastern Province Souvenir Booklet.

How To Submit Ads/Artwork
All ads, artwork and/or photos should be emailed to Raymond Cooper at , or physically mailed to P. O. Box 21403, Greensboro, NC 27420.
Preferred submission formats are Adobe PDF or Adobe Illustrator/EPS, version 10 or lower. We will accept MS Word formatted submissions; however, those files may be adjusted/altered during the pre-press process. We suggest all artwork/photographs be at least 180 dpi (resolution).

Final Trim Size: 8.5 x 11 inches
Live Area: 7.75 x 10.25 inches
Bleed: 1/8 inches all sides. Keep live matter ¼ inch from trim
Line Screen: 180-line screen (at least 180 dpi)
Color: 4 color (CMYK). Spot or RGB colors will be converted to CMYK color equivalents during the pre-press process
Full Page: 7 ¾ x 10 ¼
Half Page: 7 ¾ x 4 7/8
Any fonts should be converted to outlines
Acceptable file submission formats: Illustrator 10 or lower (PC or Mac), EPS 10 or lower, Microsoft Word
All advertisements should be provided either by email or on a CD with a match print color proof if possible. Along with your finished advertisement, all images used in the advertisement should be included as separate files. Again, we suggest all images be at least 180 dpi (resolution).
** IMPORTANT FEE NOTICE: Should you need to have your advertisement created a minimum charge of $50 will be added to the base ad price you select. You will be quoted a final design fee before we proceed.
