Notice is hereby given that on Thursday, November 17, 2016 the Board of Trustees of

the Graford Independent

School District will hold a regular meeting at 7:00 p.m., in open session at the Graford

Independent School

Board Meeting Room, Graford, Texas 76449.

The subjects to be discussed or considered, or upon which any formal action may be taken,

are as listed below.

Items do not have to be taken in the same order as shown on this meeting notice.

a. Approve the minutes of the October 27, 2016 regular board meeting

4. Discuss and take action as necessary on matters related to school personnel,

including but not limited to the employment, assignment, reassignment, evaluation,

duties, salaries, benefits and Discipline of district employees

5. Superintendent’s Reports:
