Kennedy High School Arts & Crafts Fair

Vendor Application

Date: Saturday, December 6, 2008

Place: Kennedy High School – 140 S. 140th St, Burien, WA 98166

Hours: 9 am to 4 pm

Set Up: Doors open at 6 am. Please check in at the main entrance to the gym, before unloading. After unloading please re-park your vehicle around the outside perimeter of the parking lot. Bring a hand cart for unloading whenever possible. All vendors are required to be ready for the public by 9 am.

Fees:

  • $50.00 per 8 ft. x 8 ft. space (we CANNOT take special requests for booth locations)
  • $15.00 table rental fee – one table per space (optional)
  • $15.00 electrical outlet fee (optional). Electrical outlets are very limited. Requests for electricity will be accepted in the order of receipt of vendor application. Vendor will be notified if we cannotmeet your electrical needs. Please bring extension cord(s) because the electrical outlet may be several feet from your actual space.
  • ALL FEES ARE DUE WITH VENDOR APPLICATION.

It is agreed and understood by all participants that they are responsible for their own space and merchandise at all times. All applications will be reviewed and approved by the Craft Fair Committee. You will be notified if your application has been approved. Vendors are responsible for their own sales and income taxes. Do not leave your booth unattended. Food will be for sale at the fair. It is understood that Kennedy High School and its Parents’ Club, assume no responsibility or liability for fire, theft, personal injury or property damage. Vendors will be ready for public by 9 am and will remain open until 4 pm or until sold out. The building will be vacated by 6 pm. Failure to comply with any of the above will result in the vendor being asked to leave the fair and will be banned from future fairs.
