Valentine Balloons

We will be taking pre-orders for the Valentine balloons to be delivered to students on Valentine’s Day. The balloons are red Mylar hearts and cost $2.50 each. They will be weighted down with a treat and a tag labeling the “To” and “From.”

If you are interested in ordering a balloon, please submit a SEPARATE order form for each student. This assists in organizing. You can pay for multiple orders with one check by turning all orders in together. Additional order forms will be available in the school office, and on the PACT Charter School website.

Order forms can be completed the following ways:

· Return your order form(s) with check (PAYABLE TO PACT), to the school with your student.

· Turn your order form(s) with check (PAYABLE TO PACT) into the valentine box in the school office.

· DEADLINE FOR ORDERING IS FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 5TH 2016.
