·  DRESS UP YOURSELF AND MAKE THIS A FUN DAY!

·  ANY ATTENDEE IN COSTUME WILL RECEIVE A RAFFLE TICKET FOR SOME SPECIAL & FUN PRIZES

Ø  Reserve your booth with a non-refundable deposit of half the amount due. Final payment due September 28, 2016

NOTE: Booths are reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis

Ø  ANY VENDOR THAT WOULD LIKE TO BRING IN A SPECIAL DISPLAY (other than table displays) - must have them pre-approved by the Chamber.

Ø  Publicity deadline date for sponsors is 8/28 and deadline date for Program Book Ads is 9/28

Ø  All booths will have skirted tables and tablecloths and two chairs

Ø  Set-up: Thursday morning, October 27, 8:30-9:45 AM

Ø  Booths MUST be open by 10 AM and stay open until 2 PM. All displays removed by 3 PM

Ø  Booths MUST be staffed at all times

Ø  Expected attendance: Approximately 400-600 residents from all neighboring communities

Ø  Each vendor should provide a raffle valued at $25 or more, to be raffled throughout the day to attendees

Ø  Each attendee will fill out an entry form, which will be their raffle ticket. That information will be entered into a database

and distributed via email to all vendors.

Ø  BOOTH VENDORS MUST PARK OFF-SITE. We will have bus service available to bring you back to Maravela’s. At end of the event, you will be driven back to your car where you can then bring it back to Maravella’s to pack up

-Parking will be 2 blocks south of Maravella’s down Washington Street in the Grant Hall Museum parking lot.

IMPORTANT!!!

Every booth participant must supply a Certificate of Insurance naming the Fox Lake Area Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Maravela’s as “Additionally Insured.” This must be received by the Chamber Office by September 28, 2016.

If you are unable to provide an insurance certificate from your company, you must sign a waiver for the event.
